Bac Lieu is one of Vietnam’s regions with the highest wind potential, with an average wind speed of 7–8 m/s, making it ideal for wind power generation.
Investment Call
We invite investment cooperation of USD 150 million for Phase 1, with an expected payback period of 7 years and an internal rate of return (IRR) of 14%. The project has completed its environmental impact assessment and received survey permits from the Ministry of Industry and Trade.
