Signing of a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) between a Vietnamese enterprise and a U.S. distributor in the field of clean/organic agricultural products.

Within the framework of the business delegation’s visit to the United States, a significant milestone was marked: the signing ceremony of a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) between GreenFarm Vietnam Import-Export Co., Ltd. and PureHarvest, an organic food distribution system headquartered in California, USA.

This MOU represents the beginning of a strategic cooperation in the export of clean agricultural products from Vietnam to the U.S. market. Under the agreement, GreenFarm will supply USDA-certified organic agricultural products such as Cat Chu mangoes, red-fleshed dragon fruit, and fresh vegetables to PureHarvest’s retail chain in California, Texas, and Washington.

Mr. Jason Nguyen, founder and CEO of GreenFarm, emphasized: “Today’s event is not merely a commercial contract, but a symbol of the immense potential of Vietnam’s agriculture when properly connected to demanding international markets like the United States. It also serves as an important stepping stone for domestic enterprises to expand globally.”

The signing was witnessed by representatives of the Vietnam Trade Office in the U.S. and bilateral trade promotion organizations, underscoring the strong commitment of both sides to fostering the flow of high-quality goods between Vietnam and the United States.

This event opens new opportunities for Vietnamese agricultural enterprises while also helping to promote the country’s image on the international stage as a trusted partner in sustainable and high-quality agricultural products.
